Account Deletion
You can delete your account directly from the app: open the menu bar → Account tab → tap the menu icon → Delete Account. Alternatively, email contato@bullcode.com.br.
When you delete your account, your personal information (email, device ID) is permanently erased.
Data Retained After Deletion
For legitimate business purposes, we retain the following anonymized data after account deletion:
- Anonymous account identifier — For fraud prevention (e.g., preventing trial abuse)
- Subscription history — For financial records and Apple App Store reconciliation
This retained data cannot be linked back to your identity. If you sign in again with the same Apple ID, your previous subscription status will be restored, but you will not receive a new free trial.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice.
Children's Privacy
BigReminder is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
