Full-screen reminders for Outlook meetings

Outlook's small reminder window is easy to miss when you're focused. BigReminder covers your screen when an Outlook or Microsoft 365 meeting is about to start.

On Windows: sign in with Microsoft

In the BigReminder for Windows beta, choose to add a Microsoft account and sign in. Outlook.com and Microsoft 365 work and school accounts are supported. Your calendars show up in BigReminder, and you pick which ones get full-screen reminders.

Some organizations require an administrator to approve new apps before you can sign in with a work account.

On Mac: use the macOS Calendar app

BigReminder for Mac reads the calendars in the macOS Calendar app. To get Outlook meetings there, add your Microsoft account in System Settings → Internet Accounts (choose Microsoft Exchange) if your organization allows it, and turn on Calendars. BigReminder then sees those events like any other calendar.

What you get

Teams links, one click

BigReminder finds the Microsoft Teams link in the event (and Zoom, Google Meet, Webex, GoTo Meeting or Skype) and shows a Join button.

Read-only access

On Windows, BigReminder asks Microsoft only for permission to read your calendars. It cannot change or delete events.

Timing per calendar

Remind at the start, or 5, 10 or 15 minutes before, with an alert sound of your choice.

Works next to Outlook

Keep using Outlook as usual. BigReminder only adds the full-screen reminder that Outlook's pop-up doesn't give you.

Free for 1 calendar and 1 full-screen reminder a day. Pro is a one-time lifetime purchase, so no subscription is required. Compare meeting reminder apps.
